Area Sales Manager - Midlands - Salary Guide: £40-50k with uncapped commission
Easilift Loading Systems is the UK division of the Loading Systems Group, a leading Euro-pean business and a market leader in the design, manufacture, installation and mainte-nance of a full range of industrial doors, dock equipment and lifting tables.
We are looking for someone with experience of loading bays and/or industrial doors, coupled with a good understanding of warehousing and logistics, to join us as our Area Sales Manager in the Midlands.
Our approach is to develop a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs to ensure we deliver solutions that work for them, so a sound knowledge of materials handling in the logistics industry is just as important as your commercial and sales experience.
You will develop new business opportunities with major retail and logistics companies, and manage our relationship with existing key accounts and customers in the Midlands.

If you are an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge in the loading bay industry, this may be the opportunity for you.
We currently have opportunities to join our teams in South East and South West.
Our Engineers carry out on-going service, maintenance and repair for a full line of industrial doors and dock equipment, on new and existing contracts and also respond to break-downs and repairs ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. There is potential for identification of further works whilst on site.
Ideal Person Specification:
- Practical experience of industrial doors and associated loading bay equipment is essential
- Electrical qualification, or equivalent experience
- Mechanical engineering qualification, or equivalent experience
- Welding or hydraulics experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable with recommending further works on site
- Full driving licence
- Happy to work away from home on a regular basis
The roles offer a competitive basic salary + overtime + bonus + company vehicle + mobile phone + pension contribution. Weekly additional on-call payment + overtime.
